InfoSMART xTrack Doer app for iPhone and iPad

InfoSMART EXCEL Doer App is to facilitate contractor or sub-contractor to report the assigned rectification work progress. It is one of the two mobile applications of InfoSMART EXCEL– Engaged Quality Assurance & Progress Tracking Management Solution. InfoSMART EXCEL is a comprehensive construction site progress and defect management solution which integrates all stakeholders with one single and accessible platform to manage the on-site work quality, progress and defect activities. InfoSMART EXCEL composes the following originally developed key components:

- Digital Landmark: a matchbox size location sensor with weather proof casing being installed at site ensuring services for years
- EXCEL App: a mobile app specific for inspector to review progress, submit defect requests and close-out defect requests
- EXCEL Doer App (this app): a mobile app specific for contractor to review, update and demand for closing the defect requests assigned to him
- EXCEL Cloud Platform: a web-based platform to manage the progress and defect activities

InfoSMART EXCEL Doer App utilizes the smartphone features, like Bluetooth, Wifi, 4G, built-in camera and intuitive user interfaces, to facilitate contractors or sub-contractors to report the rectification assignments carry out at site. Upon reaching the designated location at the construction site, contractor no longer needs to browse through the task list to pick the correct one – this app will read the nearby digital landmark and show only the tasks which are assigned to him to follow-up. Once finished, contractor will use this app to report the updated status or request of close-out the case by taking photos and clicking the pre-defined options. The main contractor, developer and project owner will automatic receive notification through the companion app, InfoSMART EXCEL App, or through the cloud platform.
